That's the point. It's painful to watch each other suffer, but if you're all sharing in it, at least the burden is on all of you instead of only some.

Well, in the sense that I just wanted to come "home" again.

True. Though I suppose I've gone and grown more cynical in my time here.

... Does that make a difference in wanting to come back safely?

No, not that. I think we'll always want to return home safely. [wry] I was just thinking about final thoughts in general.
